Mark Bittman logs what he eats for a week

I’m kind of a secret fan of Mark Bittman, who writes How to Cook Everything and the Minimalists Guide to Cooking.  He’s like the anti-Rachel Ray, but he doesn’t seem to be a douchebag food snob either.  For health reasons he had to lose 35lbs and did so by going as vegan as possible the first two meals of the day and having a sensible dinner the last meal.  Hmm.
